There is a once off Agency Fee of R200.00. The DJ's start
charging from when the first guests arrive irrespective
of whether there is other entertainment at the venue,
for a minimum of 5 hours before midnight. To confirm a booking we require a signed confirmation and deposit of R500.00. If you would like to make a booking please contact Rhona .
If the number
of guests is more than 120 in a function room or in a marquee, there will be an additional
charge of R650.00 for additional PA. Payment is made to the DJ in Cash or by electronic payment.
If the venue is more than 30km out of Durban, there is
an additional charge of R4 per km (measured from Durban)
return for traveling. If the venue is further than 1 hours
traveling from Durban the DJ requires the option of accommodation
at the venue at the clients expense.
The rate for 2010 is R3 600.00
for the first 5 hours before midnight, therafter R600.00 per hour or part thereof:
Should you require a seperate PA system for the Wedding
Ceremony this can be provided at a cost of R450.00.
